Welcome, my name is Jane. I am a truth seeker, here to find and embrace all that’s been hidden, to share and help women to re-member the ancient ways that we so deeply know.

I work with women who are ready to commit to themselves and something much greater, who know that there is more. I help women to create the steps and building blocks to Rise from the Depths, supporting women to bravely and courageously accept and love all aspects of themselves, with me walking beside them as they move into their greatness, authenticity, joy and truth.

I teach and share the ancient mysteries of the Feminine and Earth based ancient wisdom, facilitating spaces for women to explore their own Femininity and authenticity, helping to build a healthier, deeper relationship within themselves, helping (and cheerleading) women to explore, accept and love all aspects of who they are.

Women who work with me have space to find their truth, love and purpose, developing ways to live a deeper meaning, authentic, soul led life. They find ways to overcome Imposter Syndrome, fear-based thinking, anxiety and overthinking, fatigue and how to step away freely from guilt and shame, with the knowing and ability to access within them all that they need.

I specialise in the meeting of the rejected, wounded aspects of ourselves, through the modalities of energy healing, embodiment, somatic work, shamanic healing and the Jungian theory of Shadow Work, with emphasis on all that has been forgotten for the Feminine.

I am a Mother, Teacher, Mentor, Shamanic Practitioner and Reiki Master Practitioner, with a background in training, studying, researching, personal experience and my own deep inner work in the realms of Energy Healing and Clearing, Creating Safer Spaces, Women’s Nervous Systems and Health, Women’s Pleasure, Sexuality and Spirituality, Women’s Cycles, Shadow Work and Sacred Sexuality. And I continue to study and dive deep into learning, listening and discovering more.

I presently run Circles at my Bell Tent on the Beautiful Mid Wales land between Powys and Shropshire, as well as my new Year Long offering, with the invitation to go deeper into Deep Feminine Healing and Wisdom.
