We were told that the Fruit from the Tree of Knowledge was not to be eaten.

What if, by eating the fruit, the veil was lifted and actually revealed the loving Truth of Knowledge and Power that you have readily available in abundance, within and without.

This is a reclaiming and remembering of your own Divine Feminine.

Bite the Apple is a year of moving through the year, near to the Festivals of the Wheel of the Year, within a small group of women, meeting in person at the Bell Tent, on the beautiful borderlands between Shropshire and Mid Wales, as well as meeting online through the Winter months, in tune with the rhythms of the Seasons; totalling 8 gatherings - 4 in person, Saturday - Sunday, plus 4 online.

Using the modalities of Embodiment, Somatic healing, Elemental Healing, Shamanic Practices and the sharing of deep Feminine Consciousness, this is a year of transformative healing and teachings, equipping you with the tools and knowledge enabling you to step deeper into truly Knowing Thyself.

This is a Unity of bringing the consciousness into matter, down into the body, where

you have the opportunity to experience and feel more safety, trust, sensation, presence and joy within your own body.

We will build relationship, confidence, safety, love and trust within our body, exploring themes and healing around:

• The Nervous System, Body Connection and Confidence,

• The Cycles and Sacred Rites that our Bodies move through,

• The Sacred Union of Divine,

• Sacred Portals of the Body,

• Exploring and Welcoming back aspects of self that have been rejected,

• The Shadow and Freeing from Shame and building Safety in Experiencing Joy,

• While Remembering the Body as a Beautiful, Divine Temple and Keeper of Wisdom.
